The rooms they offer where neat and airy with the balcony and optional breakfast plus heating. The breakfast with local food and bananas and yogurt was amazing, had so much to choose from. Location: the hotel was really close to all the bars and restaurants as well as the Old Quarter, where there is a wide choice of eating places.

This hotel is located right in the heart of the Old Quarter, close to the lake and surrounded by bars, souvenir shops, and tiny restaurants. It's the perfect location for exploring Hanoi. The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly, always with a smile on their faces. They go above and beyond to assist guests and make them feel welcome. The rooms are clean and spacious, with huge comfortable twin beds and a great view. The hotel also offers many complementary services, making your stay even more enjoyable. And let's not forget the delicious Vietnamese breakfast with its wide variety of options, including mouth-watering pancakes.

This is one of the best experiences in Vietnam. We were warm welcomed with smiles of staff. They are beyond nice! The bed was comfortable, ac was adequate, strong shower with heater. We loved breakfast provided daily such as noodle soup, toast, jam, cheese, butter...Nothing to complain about the location. The best place to stay compared to cheap accommodation around.
